- Chart #2 that the Median Price of the Homes that sold rose by 5.4%, or an increase of just over $14,000 versus 2012.
- Chart #3 depicts days a home was listed on the Real Estate Market before it sold. The month on month comparison show a decline of 25% or 9 day less in October 2013 versus 2012. Consumer confidence and lower inventories are helping move homes!
- Finally Chart #4 shows the ratio of what a Buyer paid for the Home, versus the Original List Price. For October 2013, Sellers got 97.5% of their original list price. Last October, Sellers only received 94.4%. This is great news for Sellers who price their home correctly when listed.
